  • Co-founded an e-commerce startup that focuses on high-end, niche clothing brands that serve Taiwanese clients who do not have direct access to these products.

  • Built a database on Google Sheets that tracks orders, procurement, inventory management, customer relationships (CRM), and income and balance sheet (including P/L).

  • Resulted in a 61% gross profit margin last fiscal year (compared with a 45% benchmark in the eCommerce industry). Recently, Q1 of 2022 also performed similarly in gross profit margin and continues to grow.

  • Strategizing to incorporate Lean Management by automating applicable work processes via a new website; exploring CRM systems to extend customer lifetime values; utilizing KPIs such as ROI and ROAS to monitor our social media ad spends more accurately.
